This includes reviewing priorities, constraints, timelines, and the professionals already involved. The result is a clear transition plan that outlines next steps, sequencing, and recommended scope of advisory support.

Following the initial assessment, clients may engage Stillwater Advisory on an ongoing basis. Advisory engagements are tailored to the complexity of the situation and may include oversight, coordination, and decision support across multiple workstreams. Scope and cadence are defined in advance and revisited as circumstances evolve.

Stillwater Advisory works alongside attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals, and other trusted experts. We do not provide legal, financial, construction, or brokerage services. Our role is to ensure communication remains clear, decisions are made in the right order, and clients are not burdened with day-to-day oversight.
